Hip ka Sinew Kahan Hoti Hai?

Hip ka sinew yaani ki hip ke joints mein jo strong connective tissue hota hai, wo bohot important role play karta hai hamare body movement mein. Sinew ka matlab hai wo tough bands of tissue, jo muscles ko bones se jodte hain. Hip ke case mein, ye sinews bhi body ke largest and strongest tendons mein se ek hote hain, jo body ko stability aur mobility provide karte hain.

Hip ka sinew usually iliotibial band ke roop mein hota hai, jo ek long, thick band of tissue hai jo aapke outer thigh se shuru hota hai aur knee ke neeche tak jata hai. Yeh sinew hip joint ko support karne mein help karta hai, saath hi walking, running, aur jumping ke dauran aapke legs ko balance aur strength provide karta hai. Iske alawa, hip flexor muscles ka role bhi kaafi significant hota hai. Yeh muscles, jo hamare lower abdomen aur pelvis ke paas located hote hain, flexion aur extension ke movements mein assist karte hain.

Kahi baar yeh tendons overuse ya strain ki wajah se bhi tight ho jaate hain, jo movement ko restricted bana dete hain.
